Billy Florence - Working Successfully with People

One of the greatest skills in business is being able to work with different types of people. Someone can be very educated and have lots of knowledge and even be good at what they do, but if they can not work successfully with people, it will hurt them. I'm sure everyone can think of a person who may have not been as skilled but moved ahead in their career faster than others simply because people liked them and they could work with them.

IBOs certainly must learn this skill but really everyone should. Everything we do in life involves working with people so be sure to work and grow in this area...
